Hi Guys,
I've had a weird thing happen to me when listening to brainwave audio.
I have my eyes closed and it's like the darkness moves away from me, almost as though I'm looking at the darkness from a distance. One time it was like I could see my body in the darkness and it was tiny. Then the next second it felt as though I was huge. I can feel my heart begin to speed up when I'm doing this. And when I opened my eyes and walked around, I could still feel the sensation of having huge hands for a few minutes afterwards.
Can someone explain what happened? btw, I've tried to get this effect after a few minutes but it only seems to happen once at a time. After that it won't happen for a while.
