I'm really enjoying the HoloSync recordings.
I have always had difficulty with meditation (mind too busy), especially guided meditation which always frustrated me.
I started listening to HoloSync and BAM!
Feel the benefits of meditation without all the work!
Plus, the feelings last all day.
I just go through my day pretty blissed out and not tired any more.
Has anyone else tried HoloSync?

I have listened to good subliminals before and know they work, but this Holosync sounds great.

I tried it once when I was falling asleep... It was...strange.. felt sort of like I was falling or maybe beiing smothered. but it wasn't necessarily a bad feeling. I slept until 3pm the next day thpough, so SOMething definaltely happened!
