As far as i know tantra and yoga are practises witch should be used together to bring enlightenment threw the relitivly safe raising of kundalini. I am currently practising what i know of these two. I believe chakras are nerve clusters that act sort of like tuners to our perceptions/body functions,energy/ etc. I am also experimenting with the inner sound/light witch i may think might be crucial.

I would like to know if anyone knows of anything els that would contribute to these practises. Any Thoughts are appreciated.

{{Kundalini lies at the base of the spine ie the root chakra witch is above your ass, their is said to be a "kundalini resivore" between your genitals and infront of your anus, these two may be one in the same, but i think are only connected by the spine. yogas main goal is the release and control of this energy. Tantras goal is to raise this energy, although beyond not orgasming during sexual stimulation, i dont know much about this, and recommend finding a more profeciant means, its ok to start, but takes disaplin and ive heard can be dangeriouse.
Now, intense sexual energy only comes from this when the energy from the root chakra is directed to your privat, and not up the spine. Orgasming during sex is no recommended frequently with this practise, as when one has intense kundalini running up the spine threw the head, and you orgasm, then that energy is seriously redirected. you see my point? although all senses are hightend so it makes up in the sex area.
i think i may have mentioned a breathing technique on here to raise kundalini? Its a great technique, although the techniqe mentions in yoga texts and etc, are very base, its actually a very basic, yet complicated way to breath, only becouse it is not natural. kundalini energy can be used too activate and support conciouse use of the brian, at least this i my idea, hence the more concentration, the better control over energy, the more energy, the more you can conciously use.
ive had the samse effects smoking salvia as i have doing kundalini work. salvia seems too either add and ambundance of kundalini, or seriously release an abundance. I believe it adds, but either way, My body seems too balance out in a few days. although depending on your state this may vary.
I wont take salvia anymore, as i have figured out how to use a brething technique usefully.

when done right you may experiance lightheadedness,buzzing sensation in the mouth, etc. although if you do not do energy work, i suggest that first, and doing this excersize slowly, ie while meditating or sitting calmy. as doing it fast "and correctly" can result in too much energy, and people may hurt themselves. {{Although if you do try salvia, youll be find, just pace yourself, do how you feel, and be respectful in ways. In the mixing of salvia and other drugs, id also be very carfull. I smoked pot and salvia for a while combined, in the early days. This was when i was first experiamenting with salvia, it hightend all my senses in a kinda weed high way, but also detached me a bit. I did this for 3 days then stoped, the result was complete detachment from physical sensation, ie the world is not there for you cannot feel, and i may have experianced partial ego death at one point. Now i was in school at the time, i could meditating and concentrate in my mind intensly, but not on anything physical for i could not feel it. I have never had this happen to me agian, after this everytime i smoke salvia and weed i gian partial cosmic conciousness, anytime i do energy work with kundalini and bud, i gain the same thing. although this can all be reached without pot. pot is just a crutch to see what the next levels like. but if you see it, and youv felt it, you can re create the feeling much easyer. just becarfull, listinin too the little voice in the back of your head, the one you feel talking.}}


{{wait, i have found somthing new, i feel the exserice either helps bring in prana/energyforce and kundalini, or it is just larg amounts of prana/energy/lifeforce. these breaths should be done in sets of ten and gradually increases to second nature, with a fraction of ah heart beat stop at exhail each time. but after each set, you shall hold they breath, for a prolonged period, in thus as you start too FEEL the loss of hair, so does your energy, thus kundalini appears.

I think everyone who learns these things, should teach it to their fellow people, in little steps, many must start out on the little steps. teach them withought holding back vital information, for one dosnt not truly understand information untill they realize it anyways, thus theres no fault in telling them. just ask them too tell people once they have come to a certian level. many will not care, in thus many practeses can be mentiond for the fact of health/beauty benifits.}}

{{balancing the energy gatherd in the left and right side of the body, pingala and ingala, the energy can be balanced, fire and water are balanced, energy intake is balanced. ie your breathing more energy is coming in the left than right, breath in one nose ,breath in only half, only a quater, depends on who you are and what you feel, too much energy breathing out seems logical. this may not be the only thing unbalancing energy, tension, emotion, development of body etc all influence energy, so be mindfull of it, ie aware.
these are only basic explanations for these excersices, you must adjust the techniqe to fit you, better adjusted = more effeciant. sorry i almost dont believe in using salvia anymore since it can be attined naturally, this should really be in a diffeent thread, but i believe salvia can be used to increase the amount, acting in higher places for a short while, BUT it can have an after effect for a few days, ie loss of concentration due to excessive energy. i would advice buying the leafs too chew if you plan on using it for any purpose, as smoking is too fast an experiance, and this not usefull, except in the combination of bud. chewing the leafs and spitting them out results in a smoother longer experiance. salvia smoked is like putting on that special little ring in lord of the rings. haha i think i will repost part of this discussion in another thread.}}
