|
|
I am relatively new to manifesting things into my life and find the I have two major issue, actually I am sure I have other issues but I will deal with those later.
Anyway, I am having trouble maintaining an optimistic attitude that what I am trying to manifest will actually manifest. I find that I am actively trying to switch my negative thoughts to positive thoughts when they occur. Is this normal in my early stage of development? or should I be trying something else.
The other issue that I have is letting go. While I try not to keep digging up the seed I have planted, I keep going back and trying to visualize what I wish to manifest and I am doing this at least twice a day. Is this hampering my progress to keep trying to make the picture as real as I possible can?
Thanks for your insight. |

I know this isnt the answer you were expecting .. nor the person you may have been expecting the answer from, but here goes.
The question everyone who is trying to manifest should ask themselves first.
"is there a karma that would prevent this from manifesting?"
and be guided by the answer.
As it is karmas everytime that will override a dream manifestion.

Here's a technique to replace a negative memory (which causes negative thought):
First visualize yourself standing in a blank space, then visualize a picture frame standing right next to you, in the picture frame put your negative memory, then in your visual imagine your hand keeps swirling around the picture frame until the image of the negative memory becomes completely white, then imagine the greatest outcome you would've wanted to happen instead of the negative memory, and put it into the frame, fix the image permanently on the frame, and hang the frame up on the wall
that replace the memory |

oh yeah
if you're having trouble finding the negative memory just ask yourself "How do I feel?" repeatly and the memory will show up |

letting go is the way of nature, for the oppisite can be seen as a state of tension in the flow. karma is like little bits and pieces of tension in your flow, you must let go, you must accept the fact that, you dont like this, it wasnt right, shouldnt have happend, whatever eccept what your ego thinks, for its job is to be bias, and then let it go. you know your opinion, youv stated it in your mind, there nothing more to do with it, let it go. once you let these things go, you will flow more freely, the more you let go, the freeer you will flow. one should let go of everything to an extent, for once you have let it go you are free from being restrained by it. even with loved ones, let them go, for you can never truly have somone, untill youv let them go. now take this literally, but not too literally, for its a tricky subject that can be mis understood and thus mis used creating unwanted situations.
"""""""""""one should let go of the attachment to all things.""""""
