I am not an expert on the subject, but here are some that I know of. Celestite, Lemurian seed crystals, blue chalcedony (aka blue lace agate), scolecite

I would like to add Lapis Lazuli, I'm not sure if it is a crystals people typically use for that purpose, but I have a pendulum made of it and have successfully communicated with my spirit guides using it
