Also known as sleep programming or sleep yoga. Say to yourself something like "I will have dreams tonight that cause my eyesight to improve" or "I will have dreams tonight that cause my memory to improve" or whatever you want. Repeat the phrase over and over as you fall asleep, sort of like a mantra. Don't get hung up on the exact wording.
If I said "I will have dreams tonight that cause a sliotar to manifest in my life", you'd probably need google to understand what I mean, but I know that I want a ball to play hurling with. The concept here is that the wording doesn't matter, so long as it makes sense to YOU.
Focus on one thing at a time to avoid confusion. You may like to create your own mp3, where you repeat an affirmation on it, for about 45 minutes, as you fall asleep.
