When imagining, let's say, if you were to imagine a tiny square of golden light in the center of your head, are you to see yourself as a mirror image, or to be in the moment, or should you see it in your mind's eye? Thank you

I have heard in some applications that you go from first person to third person to a three screen technique . Most times I have seen using third person because it symbolizes being outside of yourself .
