Subliminal messages are, by definition, messages your brain below your conscious awareness. Advertising is a billion dollar industry, because advertisers know, by getting you to watch a 15 second advert just a few dozen times, their message will have effected your neurology.
Repitition and bypassing the critical factor are key elements here.
You may aswell advertise to yourr own brain and influence yourself in the way you want, and it's easier than you might think.
All you need is a sound recorder and a microphone.
You can use simple, straightforward affirmations for this. There are a number of websites offering subliminal albums for sale and some of them helpfully display the afffirmations they use.
Toddle on over to one of those sites and borrow about 10 affirmations you like. You may find it helpful to focus on one specific area of your life, for now.
Fire up your sound recorder (there's one installed with Windows, if you use Windows)./ Record yourself saying the affirmations. Don't worry about getting it perfect - just speak naturally like you do in conversations.
Download and install Audacity (a free audio editor). Make sure to install the LAME codec aswell (it's on the Audacity website).
Next, import your affirmation recording into Audacity. Play around with some sound effects but it's not necessary if you don't want to.
Next, import some music. Find one you like, something that gets you going.
Over on the left, you'll see 2 sliders next to each track. One is for gain and the other is for pan. Move the one called gain left or right to adjust the volume. Since you want your affirmation track to be just barely audible, adjust the gain to around -17db. Play around to find a volume that suits you.
The mp3 format compresses files by removing parts you don't hear. Therefore, we need to leave our affirmations barely audible, to ensure they don't get removed.
Export your creation when you're happy. Play around with this, experiment and have fun. Doing that will teach you more than I ever could
