This has been brought to my attention recently and I think this would be amazing :3
If I could train my Third Eye to see energies more clearly, channel my chakras better, and produce more energy through them, how would I go about doing this?
I'm partially experienced working with energy, however I find that I don't need to meditate. While I still do it for maybe 10 minutes a week, I don't have to do it every time before I work with energy as it seems to be with some people.
Returning to the main point though, I was wondering if anyone has every tried this. Could someone possible link me to a tutorial on increasing connections between the chakras? Or just having them flow more smoothly?

Meditating upon the chakras will bring them into balance and steadily opens them. When your chakras are more balanced and open you'll have increased access to energies. If you meditate upon your Third Eye and it begins to open, you will have a greater understanding of its purpose and function. With this knowledge, it would then be a matter of focusing your practices upon utilizing your Third Eye's potential. (i.e. clairvoyance, astral vision, etc.)
