Here's an image I got from Stephanie Mulac's 'Balancing the 4 Quadrants of life' which is available online. The aim is to read each word, but say it's color outloud, not thjhe word itself. You'll likely find it difficult at firtst, but it will get increasingly easy with practise.Have fun with this and feel free to extend the concept as your abilities increase:)
