I was adapting the instructions for making a Holy Hand-Grenade from this website http://educate-yourself.org/dc/HHGconstruction10jan02.shtml which recommended "Five double-terminate quarts crystals, at least an inch long" and "polyester resin or epoxy resin" and also "a couple of cups of aluminum particles (OR a pint of BBâ€™s)"

I have been making orgone generators on a budget. Basically that means I've been making small ones using candlewax instead of fibreglass resin (a mistake apparently) for the organic epoxy and using only two or three crystals (not a mistake.) I asked around on forums and eventually Ken from educate-yourself.org made some corrections.

Wax won't work. You need to use a crystalline organic substance. Fiberglass is the best. You can also use sugar that is melted and reformed into a TB, like making candy but it won't hold up in water, but you can still make them using melted sugar.

2 -Any suggestions for a cheap easy way to find aluminium? Do you think foil would work?

Foil works but it's too much work and time
Look in the phone book for metal scrap dealers and recycling centers. You will find someone who has aluminum, brass, copper, etc.

3 - Do you have any ideas for testing them out?

You should make them with fieberglass just like the directions say and you won't have to test them, otherwise find a person who can see auras. Yes, you can do the photography, but that can get expensive if you are not making them the established way.

4 - This is a philosophical one I guess. Is it better to make lots of cheap but perhaps not as effective OGs now or should I just wait until I can afford fibre-glass resin? I think that someone has to take the responsibility to experiment and it's better to do what little I can to spread 'good vibes' now than wait for abundance.

No, buy a gallon of resin and make them properly. You're wasting time trying to experiment. This has already been done years ago.

5 - Has anybody worked out how many crystals are necessary or what the ratio of metal to organic matrix should be?

50/50 of metal to resin is the ratio. One crystl is enough

6 - Any ideas where I should start gifting? Houses of Parliament could probably do with an orgone generator or two hundred thousand!

Yes Parliament would be good, but you will find it more useful to secrete a small muffin TB within 1300 feet of every cell phone tower or microwave antennae within a 2 mile radius of where you live --for starters. Hiding or burying a TB near a cell phone tower, converts the tower into a POSITIVE orgone TRANSMITTER. If you want to help, convince some people with enough money to buy fiberglass resin and scrap meal shavings that you can make a TREMENDOUS difference in your political and social, and atmospheric environment my "gifting" those cell phone towers in your neighborhood. If you are aware of the daily bombardment with chemtrails, you will see that the orgone "gifted" towers will help bring in giant Sylphs which will take out the chemtrails and allow you to see truly blue skies again.

Since then I have been using melted sugar. It's beautiful, the hardened sugar has a shine of it's own. However it remains sticky at room temperature so I have had to cover the whole thing in nail varnish for fear that it will eventually melt! It's definitely more effective than my candlewax constructs, I am not particularly energy sensitive but I can feel it. They look prettier too!
Still, I get paid in mid-December and then I'm going to invest in new materials. So on that note, what is fibreglass resin anyway?
