This last friday I was standing in the entrance to a police station. I could feel darkness around me, on the officers, and started to notice a drilling/bore feeling in the back of my head.

I put up my theoretical untested shield and the pain vanished instantly.

I am assuming there is some effectiveness, but it never comes to the forefront of my mind to where I just put it up on a normal basis.

Anyways, I would be thankful for a regular body system scan. Thanks!

Sounds like your on to something there my friend, LOL.

Some chaotic brown energy lies in your head. This is different than the dark energy located in your neck and shoulders.

In the begining as one formulates and uses the shield construct it must be energized throughout the day. This is where the key word is used as a reminder to provide that catalyst. I have been utilizing shielding for more than 25 years and still use my key word several times a day. It has worked for me in the physical as well as the interdimensional environment 100% of that time.

I suggest you meditate and if you have not connected with your Source group for help in your endeavors and getting rid of the chaotic energies, this would probably be a good time. Shields Up!

So my chakras were decent? I have been working on them, and they seem to work more on automatic lately.

The brown energy was a new one for me. I actually felt sudden pressure in the head when I tried to align those energies.

I still have shielding ideas rattling around in the back of my mind. I will go through more solid attempts here soon. My biggest problem is consciously bringing up the thought throughout the day. I am assuming it needs to be done every 3 hours or so...? I tend to only do it when I notice intrusion attempts.

The chakra system essentially operates on prevalent emotional situations. They open or close in varying degrees to universal flow depending on how one is dealing with these emotional issues and subconscious influence. So the chakra energy system is in constant flux. That's why emotional resolution is so important to one's wellbeing.

The quicker you apply shielding and constant awareness the sooner you will experience a more balanced life, in all areas.
