In my time of learning I have made one mistake many years ago that has bothered me still till this day. Without going into uneeded detail I will say that a few years ago I made a few mistakes and involved a friend in my practice and research. My friend could not handle meditation on the level we were practicing and he was possessed by what i'm going to call a demon just to give refernce to the creature's habits. (At this point the story gains some skepticism.) The demon was from the astral plane I belive and it had no problem taking over and controling my friend. The demon talked with my friends voice but not with his words. It even said its name was Malice. Strangely enough I didn't think demons needed names. The attitude of my possesed friend was typical of such creatures; arrogant and deceptive. Deceptive because as I tried to convince it to leave the body of my friend, it used a weapon that was nearby to attack me. From there I can't really say how I dealt with the situation but even after my friend was seperated from the demon, his personality never returned to its normal state. I know he just wasn't being a good actor so he could take a swing at me because he hasn't even tried to hurt me since then. This story by itself doesn't bother me as much as it used to but recently I've seen similar situations.

I've recently talked to a pyrokenisis user with poor control. She reported a similar situation in which another person in the room with her was possessed by a demon that asked to be called Malice. It apparently tried to kill her as well before she dispatched of it in the same manner that I dispached of my Malice.

The point of my long story is to ask if there are any other people that encountered a demon like creature that does or even doesn't call its self Malice. Even if no one has heard of Malice I would appriciate related information. Thanks.

Hmmm. possession, its a subject I personally struggle with the concept of. Because I've dealt with what your talking about and it wasn't possesion at all;(Instead it was a part of the person that they had suppressed, and were afraid of. ) yet at the same time I am more than aware that another being can enter your body, and remain there.

Malice does seem to be something that a Demon (astral enity spirit) may come up with to create chaos. Though it also could easily be a suppressed dark/primal side of someone. Depending on their values, and depending on whether when they were young they were taught to express their darker emotions or suppress them.

I guess it would all come down to what you were doing in the meditation when this occured. Was it some sort of going within thing. Or was it some sort of calling for a challenge/task thing.

Malice being a human word, and having a dark association could easily be used by multiple people to call a dark side of themselves. If in both cases demons called themselves dak'ra for example I'd be more likely to belive that it was the same being entering both people. As Dak'ra is not a human word, even ducky2000 (A construct on human words) would be more convincing. Malice is just too common; and has too great a negetive connotation in todays society.

Also the fact that your friend "never changed fully back" would seem more likely to be a part suppressed; as its more likely that it wasn't that the being went away, but rather either found an outlet to be heard, or came to a compromise with the dominate personality. On ther other hand it could have been astral scarring I guess.

Overalll, its important to remember that energtics aren't always as simple nor as complex as they appear.

Your information does give me alot to think on. It is kind of a supressed memory so its hard to look back on but, I do remember it despite that. The details I can remember that might help that are relevant to what you have said would be as follows. In truth he wasn't "possessed" for very long before he attacked me, resulting me in dealing with the spirit itself. That mean to me is that he either had a deep seeded psychlogical need to kill me, which hasn't resurfaced in over 7 years, or the Malice was only there to do as much physical damage as possible. I obviously could be reading too much into it but it tried to stab me in the stomach which I consider the center of my energy. There were other more vitial areas that were closer and I think only a being of energy would think to permenantly disrupt my energy. There are many other details of that occurence and alot of aftermath but one thing at a time right?

Just curious, how did you remove the demon? I'm an angel and actually am used to battling demons who possess people, but generally through psionic combat. If they can be taken out on the ethereal plane, then there is no way it can have any further hold on the physical person. Anyway, that's just my experience. It could be and probably is different for you. How did you deal with it?

i had an odd expeirience with something like you have described. well i was having a very crappy week and my life was going down the drain as life will sometimes. i heard a voice in my head asking what i lived for and why i went on. at this point it was as if something else had taken over me and was keeping whatever was talking to my head at bay it replied that i live for the music and then i can't remember what happened to it but it was gone. i got the distinct feeling it wanted to make me kill myself. it may just have been me messing up my own head as humans will do occasionally but it was certainly abnormal.

Demon possesions are a whole lot worse than that...
Did your friends do anything weird or not normal while possesed?

no that's about it, but i wasn't possessed as far as i know. it was more like it just wanted me to do things by it's guidance rather than force.
