Hi Marekso,
Some dark energy still lies in the top of the head, and in the back of the head, neck and back. However, it has decreased from the last scan. The chakra system is also less affected. 
The entity is still hanging around and needs to be sent on it's way. Remember who you really are and use your god given power to demand it's departure. Know that you can do this my friend.
