I have a real hard time keeping my thoughts under control. They are almost always random, unpredictable, and It seems like I think things I shouldn't about everyone I meet, although I don't really mean what I think about them. My thoughts always seem to be contradictory to my personality and who I am. Any suggestions on what might help?

I had a similar experinece to this when I first started getting psychic readings. I felt like they could read my mind so I would inadvertingly think weird things about them that I didn't mean. This is embarrassing, but I would think about having sex with them or something embarassing and I felt I couldn't control it. I didn't want the guy to read my thoughts anymore so I would just be really strong and try to focus hard on positive things and block out those weird thoughts. He told me he couldn't read me as easily after I had this thought. Hope this helps. Piscesgirl

That's what I usually do as well. Although, it doesn't always work.

There is a thin line between rational and irrational thoughts. One thing if you let your mind get the best of you it is very hard to control. You have to find the peace within you. There is a place within your consiousness which exudes pease with all things look within for the answer. You must decide who is the ruler of your mind? The part which usally sleeps or your consious mind. Smile

I remember this one device I made from a book called "Crystal Power." It is called the Atlantean Crystal Headband, and wearing it focuses one's thoughts like a laser beam. I can remember that after wearing it a while, my mind was calm, and at peace. Also, while I was wearing it, I had the dream that revealed the Orgone Beamer to me (theres a thread on it in the Energy category). I ought to get back to using that device again.

You have one? Can you tell me a bit about your experiences with it? I made mine with an old silver dime, copper sheet, and a little quartz crystal pyramid.

Sorry if you already answered this question, but I rearly read the replies to a thread until after I've posted my initial thoughts.

What kind of thoughts are you talking about? Thoughts pertaining to the person themselves (non-sexual/guy stuff), thoughts of your like or distrust, thoughts of what they are 'all about'?

Generaly, my gut (those random thoughts that come for no reason) - those are the ones you listen too.

The random thoughts follow no set pattern. They could be sexual, violent, offensive, etc. All I know is I don't want them anymore, and that they are against my nature and personality.
