Hello CountryBear,
There is a dark area in the middle of your chest, the top of your head, neck and back. Cords are attached to the back of the neck and lower back. Whatever you have been doing has not worked.
Your Source is not going to do it for you. You must take a serious, active part in the situation. Halfway measures are not effective in any way shape or form.
Meditation or anything else is of little help if only done on occaision. The dark is in constant pursuit and so you must be. If one does not take this seriously then the situation will continue to escalate. Just trying won't work. A word to the wise my friend.
