My soul recently told me that I have to become 4D aware, activate my light body.
Since I've found it difficult to find accurate information on this, has anyone here activated their light body? How?

As the name implies,light body means your body has transformed into a crystalline form of divine light.
The light body activation occurs when all your multidimensional bodies(emotional,physical,astral,mental bodies) merge together and become 'ONE'.In this state of consciousness,there is no emotional body or physical body.It is only the 'Light Body'.
This is achieved by detoxing all your bodies;they become filled with love and light.Love brings togetherness.When all your multidimensional bodies have been cleansed of all karma imprints and energies.They all dissolve into each other and finally form what is called the light body.All the cells in your body vibrate at a high level of divine love.
If you want to activate your light body,i advise you begin cleansing and filling your bodies with love till they merge and become One.

So, I activated my light body.
Next step I recieved was to activate all of my DNA.
Any insight?

How did you activate your light body?
It is in our DNA that lies all our dormant abilities and strengths.A modern day human will have about two or three strands of DNA activated.
Any additional strand you activate comes with its particular strengths and abilities.
So activating all the twelve main strands will open you up to a great deal of divine energy and tap into universal consciousness.
You will be more clear on who you are.

Ok, next step.
I managed to activate the first 5 strands fully, and got stuck activating the 6th strand.
I got that I need to open my kundelin first.
How do I open my kundelin?
