Hi there,
I have a question regarding a certain remote viewing technique:
In that technique the psychic is overlaying his consciousness with that of his target/subject and tries to "be" the target.
This might be a silly question, but how does it feel like. Currently i am doing it this way:
1. I visualize my consciousness leaving my body and entering the body of my target.
2. then I tell myself for several times: "I am now _Name of the target_"
3. then I imagine/visualize beeing the targe. Feeling the shape of the body.
4. then i try to get any sensations and emotions and thoughts the target is having. (had a strange sucsess with that yesterday. I RV someone who despises me how she feels about me and i kept getting images of red opjects and repeatingly of Ronald McDonald  )
My problem is, how do I imagine and feel to be the target? I mean when I overlay my consciousness with the target shouldnt I actuelly feel to "be" the target (having her memories and stuff)? So far all I get with my exercise partner are flashes of images and an "imagines" feeling to be my exercise partner. But I dont really "feel" like to be the target.
Hope to get some insight.

Note that you will take some of her emotional baggage if you enter this person which can lead to inner conflict;two energies opposing each other. Btw,the color red signifies anger.

Yes i am aware of that. clean my energie/ -aura every day. and anger also can mean lust .

Im so glad to know that this can actually happen. I've been intuiting this but can you explain a bit more on covering an object with your conciousness. and thats hilarious the smiley face while knowing that anger means lust we are quite some beings I will say that much about our relationships as aware cocreators
