I would approach it using The Da Vinci method , observe and mimic the process . I believe an atom has been teleported across a room .
So I guess you could start with some internet searches . After asking and answering how , I believe you should also ask and answer why you should have this ability .

Teleportation requires a vast amount of energy to attain. Opening and clearing your energy centers to increase the amount of energy you hold can help you with this.
I agree with Merlinswingman,you must ask yourself why you want it and what you will do with this ability if you achieve it.
