is going into the delta state reversible? can one still come out of the slef-induced coma? is it possibly the best place for someone to perform manifestation, and developing other psychic powers? or would this be a big mistake for anyone to try?

You are not going to get stuck in delta state . Alpha state is preferred for some psi effects and theta state for others . I suggest you look into binuaral beats for mental state entrainment . Do some internet searches like Dr Jeffrey Thompson and Kelly Howell on amazon , Holosync , Equisync , The Unexplainable Store . Different people will reccomend different brands . For your interest in weather influence , look into Schumann Resonnance (sp ??? ) , which is the vibration of the Earth .

i do not know for certain the answers to your questions. I think , however that you will be able to COME BACK.

I have been very inteersted in Delta state. I built a Meglas cored coil that can be driven with pulses from a Ten Tech at Delta rates. I have tried it several times on my frontal lobes.

There is an effect, but so far I have not had anything happen that I would consider a bREAK THROUGH.

As you may know Delta is the EMPATH region. There is a feeling of CONNECTION between you and everyone else. An Empath can be VERY VUNRABLE.
