i am embarrassed to ask this question. please let me know if there is a better place to post it. i have been thinking a lot about someone for many months and i do not know why (sexual thoughts). this person is married with kids.
when i first met this person, there was no attraction. i thought the person was old, but as i got to know this person i felt a strong bond like never before. once we were touching each other briefly and i felt a zing. i don't know if this person felt it as well, but i wonder.
my relations with this person is strictly professional. i pay for services and probably one of the few high paying clients.
i feel awful feeling the way that i do and i wish i could stop it because it isn't right, but i can not control my feelings or at least i do not know how. i am wanting to know why this is happening? this is not normal for me. is it possible the other person thinks about me too and maybe that is why i have these thoughts?
do my thoughts effect this person in anyway?

Well, i would say, that you are desperate. 
It happens, nothing to be embarrassed about. There it attraction between you two. Can't tell you why, but with different people we create different connections, some represent sexual attraction and some represent anger, fear,..
You two are connected, but you are the one, that should define what this connection represent to you. Don't be preoccupied with it. It happens all the time.

not sure how you get desperation out of what i wrote.
i ask the question bc i have heard thoughts can influence others, but do not know if this is true. i am wondering if i am being influenced in anyway or vice versa. i would never in a million years go for this person which is why it is so puzzling to me. if i am being influenced i would like to know how to protect myself and the other person.

hahahahaha  in a million years.You gonna make a man cry one day.lol.Anyways.
Sounds like remote seduction to me.lol.BEEN there before.But well you never know,maybe there's a part of you which is sexually drawn to this man.
I would also advice you to stop fighting your own thoughts,energy cannot be erased but only transmuted.When you try to fight your own thoughts,it sees it as a challenge and will fight back.So just accept the thoughts and if it still happens,you can use the white light protection technique.
As basic protection,i recommend you visualize a white ball around you silently affirming 'only that which is for my highest good may enter from this day forth'.Declare on all levels of your consciousness.Please do this in the morning and evening or anytime you feel guided to.
