i was just wondering if levitation is like phycokinesis, where you just have to believe and visualize. and if any of you have ever done it, PLEAZE tell how!!!

I know a classmate friend of mine from a few years ago that practiced deep meditation of the Yoga Sutra and had experiences with levitation. Apparently the professor and class had witnessed his trance-like state and shared in an experience where it may have appeared as though he physically levitated from the surface of a table he was sitting on in traditional yoga positon.

I cannot verify it myself so I won't confirm or deny that deep Yoga is a potential key to levitation. But for this student, he did focus on meditation of the mind and practiced elements of Jainism and studied various sutras and early Vedic writings.
