Hi.
So I'm going to get straight to the point.
I have had out of body experiences on two seperate occasions. The first time I was really high on MDMA. The second time it happened out of the blue on a day like any other, I also saw a few other things while this was happeneng but that is irrelevant right now.
Ive attempted to induce this on my own several times now, and I've worked out a method for myself that works quite well, but everytime I get close.. I don't know, something stops me. I can feel myself leaving my body but something wont let me quite cross the threshold. a few times I've been very close, it almost sounds like an airplane is taking off beside me. but still i can't quite make it..
any advice or suggestions? much appreciated.
