one day at working, i felt a friend (who i do care about) was in trouble, like stressing to much and was sad. so in my lunch break. i sat down closed my eyes and tryed to find her. with in few minutes i did, and i talked to her. and i took away her stress and healed her a bit. (as much as i could at the time). i then told her about what happened. and she was confused. she asked her guide. and was told that i found her spirit, not her. i have a feeling that this means something. like leaning towards the. how should i put this. love side. but i dont really know.
Is it normal to see someones spirit, or dose it mean something else?

| Spirit guides are not just there for support, healing, and guidance. They are also here to protect us. So if her spirit didn't know who you were, it was simply protecting her from being spiritually attacked. |

well the thing is, she knows who iam, and she knows that im not going to go hurting her. and i would never spiritualy attack anyone. so none of this makes any sense. i even spoke to her spirit and gave her healing. but anyways, thanks for your reply.
