I come from a background of psychic. As a teenager I found out I had the abilty to foresee events a day before they happened (always terrible events) it all started off with the "de ja vu" feeling every day, all day, which would leave me disorientated. This lasted for a good few months, and wasn't pleasant. I then gained the foresight. But on seeing something happen which was alittle too close to home, I blocked the vision very hard and have since not had the abilty again. How do I channel back into my abilities?

Hi Cino,
Align vibrationally with your gift again. Forget about struggling, just relax in to it and have emotional positive expectation. In meditation think about it like this: "Nothing is really lost." It seemed that you had to move to a higher state and for a while things are a bit foggy . Breath with release. It will come back in a stronger way.

Life is not about creating what you want, it is about letting go of what you don't want in order to create what you want.
Relax, meditate, breathe, don't force. Let go of your fears. Just Allow.

Thank you for replying and helping. I have often lay in the bath relaxing, trying to be open, willing for it to come back, but nothing. I'm very new to meditating, in fact not done it before except for body scan/breathing type of relaxation, are they similar?
