Well I guess when I began trying to develop my abilities I always figured that something a little scary could possibly happen. And so it did...
In recent meditations, among other things, I have had a darkness near me which I have been urging away. It didn't seem threatening, I was just aware of it's presence. Last night I was unable to sleep due to my husband's snoring, so moved to another room, leaving behind my bowl of crystals which stay on my bedside.
Almost right on midnight, I was attacked by (something) suffocating me. This was not in a dream as such - I was 100% conscious of exactly where I was at all times, I could see my surroundings EXACTLY as they were. I was deprived of oxygen to the point my fingers were losing feeling. I'd wake up with a stifled scream like something was on my face and not enough air in me to make a noise, then fall back asleep to have this happen all over again. This happened up to about 7 times, by which stage I was too terrified to even go back to sleep. It felt as if I was really really fighting for my life, at one point I felt I was dying.
Wide awake now, I went back to my own bed, as facing the snoring was a far less scary option... and managed to sleep, not waking again until several hours after my normal waking time, and feeling quite drained.
My husband just thinks I'm nuts.
And mysteriously coincidentally (or maybe not?) the lapis lazuli stone from a ring I was wearing went missing...
Thoughts, anyone?
PS I don't perform dark rituals or use my abilities for evil, I'm mostly only ever trying to communicate with animals to help them, and do healings, and ...well.. Just nice stuff.

Increase you vibrational frequency.
Astral Entities can only attack those that are vibrating at their frequency.
The majority of "normal" people never get attacked as their vibration is too low.
So you already did something to raise your vibration.
Keep doing that to raise your vibration further and the attacks will stop.

I highly recommend this to raise your vibration astronomically. But raising Kundalini is not for the faint of heart. Make sure you research it thouroughly beforehand so you know what to expect. It may take 6 weeks or so to see results, quicker depending on how often you listen to it.
