i want information on mediums because a psychic said i am one i just don't use it. I admit i have seen some ghosts but it is kind of scary to think i might be a medium. thanks

Everybody is born with an ability to some degree, it is tuned out of us largely by societal conditioning, an by the time we are young adults, most of us are nicely programmed to be "normal".
See if there are some spiritual groups in your area to join where you can get guidance and help. Some psychics will do workshops with either small groups or one-on-one, if you happen to be lucky enough to have one in your area....
