Hello robotslover,

Although the astral critter is still in the neck, it appears to have shrunk in size and lost some of it's power to deplete your energies. This may be due to the entity losing interest combined with your personal efforts to get it out of your life. Your chakras are less affected at time also. Constant vigilance is necessary, for your efforts can be nullified by increased emotional upset and negative thoughts on your part.

I suggest to continue what you are doing as it appears to be working for you somewhat at this time.
