Any unauthorized use of the Mystical Wonders Trademark, it's site or its contents, in whole or in part, will be considered Trademark Infringement. If the owners of the Mystical Wonders Trademark sue, as is their right, you may be held liable for attorney's fees; unlimited actual damages or statutory damages; and you may also forfeit all profits resulting from infringement.
This is to serve as a notice that Mystical Wonders in any form be it Mystic, Wonder, Mystic Wonders, Mystical Wonder, via it's text, images, descriptions & domain names (mysticalwonders.org in any closely related variations) is protected by Intellectual Property Laws.
Mystical Wonders™ is an established trademark since June, 2003.
