High pitch ringing (like you get sometimes when you turn a t.v off) when i go into meditation or deep thought/relaxation. And when i psychic suggest, or think of psychic suggesting a this one specific person the i get hard pressure on the left side of my head. sometimes alil pain. whats this all about??

My first guess would be energy blockages . Perhaps you should try a combination of Yoga Nidra ( check amazon dot com ) and Spring Forest Qigong .

It seems to me to be symptoms of Awakening.
Do you have any problems with your right elbow?
