So, I'm fairly new to Chakra exercises, but have been experimenting them and studying them for quite a while now. Currently, the only exercises I have down are grounding yourself to the Earth's core and the exercise where you imagine energy flowing through your body, and one-by-one you imagine balls of energy building up through each of your chakras, over and over.

When I ground myself, I feel A LOT of energy building up, even when I just first drop that ball from my first chakra down to the Earth's core, I feel a lot of tingling and burning sensations in my first chakra, which builds up to the rest of my chest. Is this a start? Whether I'm doing it 100% correctly or not, the feeling of grounding yourself is amazing.

I'm going off of a cheap book I bought at Borders called, "Basic Psychic Development", and while the name sounds like it'd be a pretty lame book, it actually has a lot of informative stuff in it.

The next step in this book (After learning how to ground yourself) is bringing your awareness into the center of your head. This is something I'm having trouble fully understanding, it claims your awareness is located where your third eye would be, and you bring that up to the ceiling and back down. I'm just having issues getting it to properly work, but I'm sure with time I'll get it down.

My main goal of these exercises is to create Ki Energy Balls and to do Clairvoyance. Of course, I'd also like to be able to do Remote Viewing, Telepathy, and Telekinesis too, but those sound like they'd take a lot of experience to get down well.

So, am I taking the right approach to learning Ki Energy and Clairvoyance, and not getting too ahead of myself?

Hopefully this made sense, I can tell it's kind of just random ramblings from me, but I just wanted to explain my current status of it all.
