I am finding it difficult to tamp down on the emotional energies around me. Right now the people around me, who I am close to, are experiencing stronger emotions than before, and I have been unable to raise strong enough shields to minimize their effect on me. I am emotionally drained, and am having difficulty performing simple tasks as I am focusing so hard on batting away the distractions. Any advise on shielding or diverting this barrage would be greatly appreciated.

Instead of trying to block the energies , perhaps you could work on letting it flow thru you .
