Hi Asteria,
There is a heavy dark cord in your middle back which is producing an energy blockage in the chest area and you may feel discomfort in that region. All chakras are being affected. Be aware that much dark energy and activity lies just outside your residence. It is being attracted by something nearby and has attached to you also.
I suggest meditation calling upon your Source and the Archangels for help and institute shielding as well.
