Hello Everyone, I am new to the group and would like some advice. I can see and harness energy, make energy balls (I don't know the formal name for it), Remote influencing. I would like to be trained in this and actually use it for something instead of getting into trouble. Any advice about classes for healing energy or distance healing and what kind to look for, how to locate a good teacher, how much is the average cost, etc would be appreciated very much.

I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but the Falun Dafa site has free videos you can download of their five exercises.
I've only started two days ago, but I can definetely feel the energy and usually get the hat band effect when I'm done.

Thank you for the info, I will definitely check it out. I am also looking for people to be around while training. I feel for me, it will help me to stay grounded and share ideas etc. I found a local reiki institute and they offer classes for reasonable price.
