Hello,

I was recently hired as a producer for a new show that will be debuting on a major cable television network in the fall. We are doing a series on different religions and will be producing numerous episodes focusing on Wiccans. I am not familiar with the Wicccan religion, and am looking for a great resource to assist me in portraying the religion correctly. Because I am very ignorant to other beliefs, please also let me know if you are interested in something I may not be mentioning, such as paganism or a mystical belief. I am very open to doing segments on different beliefs, but will need to be educated and have people to interview for the on-air segments.

I am looking for approximately ten consultants to work with closely and use as a resource to learn about and understand the Wiccan culture. I am also looking for Wiccans to interview, and/or film for the television series.

As previously stated, I am truly looking to accurately portray the religion and do need as much assistance as possible. If you know anyone who practices Wicca and would be interested in working as a consultant, or being one of the representatives to be interviewed for the series, please have them contact me at their earliest convenience. I am looking for a variety of people to consult with, so I can get a broad and diverse cross-section of practicing Wiccans.

If you, or someone you know, is interested, I ask them to please send me their name, age, hometown, place of current residence, occupation, and how long they have been practicing Wicca. They are also welcome to attach a photo, if they would like to be considered for one of the on-air segments.

Hi Chris ...

I'm not wiccan ...but I am one of the psychic's ...that read for
the Mystical Wonders forum ..........There are however, several
wiccan's that are members ...and I will suggest to them ...to
contact you .....

My background is ...Cherokee and Irish .....am christian and
believe that my abilities come from ....God.......My practice is
mostly ....corporate professionals ......that I read for ...business
and personal issues ....I donate ...reading ...in area's of past lives
and present lives ...to member of our forum ......because I believe..
there are many souls ...seeking some level of "spirituality" .....and
since I've been reading professionally ...for the last 25 years ....I
hope to be able to "open" some paths .....for floundering
souls .....

Good luck with your series .....most Wiccans ...I know ...are
kind and loving people .......not the ......wicked witches of the west..
as they are ...sometimes ....protrayed ........

If you would like assistance, I'm a mystic Christian, but my family is one of physicists and engineers. If you wish, I can act as a scientific consultant, discussing more of the aspects of how quantum mechanics and science actually apply to religion in general. I'm also a former world traveller, and taking a minor for chemistry in university right now, and I also took a few psychology courses, so I can help a little bit there as well. Anyway, if you happen to need info on the sociological, psychological or scientific perspectives, I can give you info, or direct you to those who better can.
