a question for those who would know - can you listen to 3 or 4 affirmations, all in one recording and get the same results? or must you stick to one program.

better to work with one at a time..but it is totally possible to with with 3 or 4 if you want...will take more time to sink in properly than if you worked solely with one at a time though..
