Please suggest any methods and techniques used for remote influencing, or to send a thought or suggestion to another person remotely and subconsciously.

For example, I am trying to help a friend stop the habit of smoking. They realize that smoking is bad for their health, so they are not necessary in denial, however they do not have the will or motivation to quit.

Besides manifestation techniques and using the Law of Attraction, I would like to know the best way of remotely influencing this person to quit the habit. This includes visualization techniques but please suggest specifics - exactly what would I visualize to influence the thoughts of this person to quit the habit of smoking?

You could try an icon thoughtform of some person they respect who says " Time to give up smoking " . The other thing is to look into lucid dreaming and delve into dream projection and enter their dreams .
