Guys i am really interested in astral projecting. But i dont know about any website regarding this topic.
So anyone can suggest me the best website for astral projecting, which has astral projecting techniques also in it? I want to learn astral projecting techniques.
And one more question, do anybody know how to get a sleep paralysis?

I know this website. But it doesnt provide astral projection techniques. I want to learn the techniques.
And one more thing, do anybody know how to have a sleep paralysis at will?

Just do lucid dreaming
the parts where you start controling your dream make your emotions go very high and then you will wake up paralyzed it's good for astral projecting

Okay:)
step 1: be aware that your dreaming
step 2: start controling your dream
step 3: make something very good or very bad happen(raising emotions)
step 4:it should force you to wake up and I usually wakke up paralyze then
step 5: before step 1 make sure you do proper shielding and cleansing
step 6:if paralyzed try raising your energy frequencies(vibrations)or try jumping out of your body while paralyzed

I hope this helps this is how I end up astral traveling

It has a practical training guide which you can download for free. I have only read the first couple chapters. The book seems to be more focused on practical training and a push towards understanding what you are doing, it even has questions at the end of each chapter.
