hi all, something unusual has happend to me lately when lay in bed. Sometimes i'll be drifting into sleep and suddenly its like a skockwave of electricity just jolts through my body and ill wake up. One night I was laying in bed, and after a while I found out that I could induce this feeling for a quick second. When I tried to hold it longer my whole body would be paralized and I would'nt be able to move for about 5 seconds. This frightend me somewhat and I didnt try to do it anymore. Now I try to do this again but have no luck whatsoever. Can anyone tell me what this is and maybe give me some insight on how to capitallize on it. Your input is greatly appreciated.

No worries,
I have that too sometimes, it's a very profound shock somethimes when your falling (almost in dream state). It's not dangerous and normal i guess.
Maybe it has to do with entering dream state and going back to your body?

No worries,

It could also be that this is your first experience inducing the vibrations in your body...these sometimes get very profound and feel like a shock of electricity..
Its Absolutely normal 
Try rub ure hands and concentrate...if the quality of the vibrations in ure hands is somewhat similar to wat u experienced that night, u know the answer
