im all new to this mystycal wonders stuff and creating ki balls and psi balls and energy... but i need help on how to create it. i dont know how to create ki balls. i tried one time, rubbing my hands together to create heate, then i put em apart and i just tried to feel energy, what i felt was tingling in my hands and just a few time i felt a tiny bit of heat inbetween my hands, but i dont know what this was... please help i need tips to get started, and if it helps me, i have a lot of emotion like sadness and depression sometimes.
the reason i want to know how to create this kind of energy is to help me with all those kenisis type stuff, like aerokenisis and pyrokenisis etc... please help thanks
