Yes, Ian. I just came across a lot of things about Tesla. I have lived in Florida for only two years and was on another site where they were talking about how the government may be causing these hurricanes. I wouldn't give two you- know- whats if I still lived in Pa. In fact, I would think they were paronoid about all the hurricanes coming and looking for people to blame. So this woman gave me some websites on this weather control thing that is supposedly going on. It talks about Tesla since he was the creator. The first link talks about Hurricane Charley and gives a little background on Tesla.

The second one is a guy suspecting Hurricane Katrina was man made and he talks briefly about Tesla. But if you scroll down the first link is all about Tesla and there are others on there about him, too.

Does anyone (possibly a psychic) know what to do to begin the halt of these technologies? Its definitly obvious that going through a court system would have no effect at all. Collective meditation lowered crime rate, does anyone think that it can stop the HAARP technologies from emmiting unnatural damaging ELF waves? I've read about HAARP but I didn't know it had anything to do with tesla technology. Now I am very interested in this subject... Please respond asap

Your welcome, Propeller. Thanks for that last link, too. Very informative. Is it possible that HAARP is sending out these rays to experiment and its causing the hurricanes? Or are they trying to send out the rays and manipulate other countries weather only messing up our own? Or is someone truly evil, be it the government or someone else with this technology, sending out the rays and causing all these hurricanes? Who knows? It just seems like they are getting worse and worse. Lacey

Ian, I think it was the one about Charlie. The lady that gave me those links lives in Punta Gorda and she experienced the same yucky feelings. She is a light worker and said her energy was all messed up. She said she had problems with simple things like gravity. I feel so tired and lazy when they come through. I live right in between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. I haven't been through a real bad one yet, but even the real little ones still tend to make me feel yucky. They say its the barometric pressure, but some say its unatural. Well talk to ya soon! Lacey

Personally I don't know if there is an energetic way of stopping something like this. I mean at least without going against free will, or creating some sort of sub conscious backdoor, which again goes against free will...which I'm not sure I'd want to be a part of. I'm for cracking splits not creating them.
Also comes down to times to come, and that nonsense. Seems better to work on evolving the general consciousness of the planet, versus stopping the particulars of a government from killings its people.
I guess it also comes down my general assumption that we choose what we do with our lives before we incarnate, and thus those who die, knew exactly how they would do so. That we know the major events. And after their deaths they knew everything surrounding it.
Comes to a basic assumption that there are no victims, that we just live our lives as is; an experience. And everything that comes to us is either a manifestaion that we create, or something that we agreed upon before entering this life, our parents, our tragedys, violence against us, sorrows...everything.
If your interested in more data on weather based experiments look up "chem trails". Its something that is common to the area I live in (Northern California) and have been thought to either be weather experiments, or some sort of 3d mapping.
In either case, I would caution anybody with interfering with one the major laws of this reality, that being free choice. Though you could create a construct to somehow block someone elses mainfestaion or to counter-react it; maybe even negate it. Doing a binding, or any such thing will generally cause you to lose your own free will in some major sense. And triple back torrent of non free will could manifest itself in many ways, I'm sure none of them too pretty. Jail time, insanity wards, poverty, living on the streets, getting into an abusing relationship.
What you put out you get back. Remember if you don't act out with energetic integrity its going to bite you in the behind. (And this is especially more so if your awake, and aware of the consequences) So IOW the people facilitating these attacks will get their karmic comeupance in the end, if they haven't already in a past life.
