It was just occuring to me to think about this - what effect(s) could wearing of metal-frame eyeglasses all day long have on your energy, in the following areas: brain electrical activity, the brow chakra, various energy meridians on the head, and the pineal gland /third eye functioning?
In my situation, it would be difficult to correct my vision with anything other than metal-frame glasses, and am wondering if it could interfere with energy work, psychic development, etc.

My thoughts: Since the metal earpieces are directly touching my temples, it could be "shorting out" meridians there or nearby, it could dampen energies in close proximity if they are indeed affected by metal (and as acupuncture uses needles, I would say that it is affected by the metal of the needles). Side issue: whatever coating is on the metal rubs off at the temples eventually, could be absorbing chemicals thru the skin.
Should I be concerned?

Any opinions, stories, links to articles on this? Any input, even speculation, would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

and get some insights of how to improve your vision.
I just started and feel some instant relief.

has very simple chart and explanation. so, why not give it a try.
