Hello! I have this problem and i don't know what to do!
I hear a buzzing sound and i do not not what caused it. I think it is similar to when you hit your head and hear it for a couple of seconds but why it keeps on happening to me?
It is strange because i only heard it when i was going to sleep at night but now it's more annoying. But if I focus on something I do not perceive it anymore.
I once read in a book that this means I have a bad aura but i do not know what do to about it. Please some advice.
Sorry if it is in the wrong part of the forum.

I hear it all the time, you just get used to it. I dont know what it is and i dont really care...
I also hear my brain frequency, when im focused enough, especially before i sleep i can feel it slowing down.
