In this lesson you are going to learn, how to setup your psychic alarm? Before going further you have to know what is psychic alarm? It is fun as well as very useful thing. If you setup a alarm in your mind for particular matter. Your Subconscious will ring at the correct time.
Everything you need for this is relaxation and autosuggestions.
Level #1 - Alarm to wakeup in the morning.
It is a simple practice and will wake up in the morning in the correct time.
* Before go to sleep.
* Relax on your bed. Relax your Mind and Body.
* Breath slowly and deeply.
* Talk to your inner mind. "Hi, I am going to sleep. Please wake me up at 5am."
* Do the suggestion at least 25 times and sleep.
* You will wake up at 5am.
Level #2 - Lie detect
This practice is used to setup alarm when a person say lie to/before you.
* Before go to sleep.
* Relax on your bed. Relax your Mind and Body.
* Breath slowly and deeply.
* Talk to your inner mind. "If anybody says lie before me, show me the RED LIGHTNING in my mind"
* Do the suggestion at least 25 times and sleep.
* Continue this practice for 15 days.
If a sales person/somebody tell lies before you, you can feel slightly/hardly in your mind.
Level #3 - Danger
This practice is used to setup alarm when you are going to meet accident/dangerous situation.
* Before go to sleep.
* Relax on your bed. Relax your Mind and Body.
* Breath slowly and deeply.
* Talk to your inner mind. "Before a couple of minute give slight giddiness to me."
* Do the suggestion at least 25 times and sleep.
* Continue this practice for 15 days.
When you are traveling in a vehicle and if you feel nervous or giddiness unnecessarily, just come out. |

#3 works great to keep from getting in accidents & being pulled over (trust me).
Also, it should be noted that most people have natural alarms like this already set up in their minds. It takes some training to be able to listen to your mind, and know where every one of your thoughts come from every second of the day, and be able to remember what you thought right before specific events to tip you off for later events (I.e. "My, the ground is awfully hard here." moments before tripping over a rock). Eventually it will just get to the point where you feel a slight "pressure" in your mind about the event.
Does anybody else have a pizza alarm? 200 pizzas cooked to perfection & counting! |

These lessons are good for those members new to this path ...and great
as a refresher for the more advanced members.
I always set up a "psychic alarm" when I'm traveling ...and has been
very helpful to me. The last time, I was returning home (6 hr trip) from
visiting my dad. My two cats were sleeping peacefully in their carryall..
as we tooled along the freeway. A strong voice in my mind said "Get
off the freeway....now!" Having listened to my guides for many years,
I got off immediately at the next exit. Of course, I didn't know where
we were ....but shortly came up on a service station and decided to
stop, have a cool drink ..for me and the animals....and see if...any other
information....came thru. It wasn't long until .I began to hear ...many
emergency sirens and some men at the station got into their wrecker
and headed toward the freeway. I went inside the station and asked
what had happened. I was told there was a chain-reaction wreck
involving many vehicles....just below the exit...where we were........
The cats and I were safe ....but many people were injured that day.
Yep ........I strongly believe in......"psychic alarms." |

ROFL Nj there redant! Imma try that tonight, schools coming up and I'll need the alarm... I sleep to hard to be awoken by normal alarm clocks. (Tis a curse I'm afraid)
@Astro, Wow, I'm glad you got away from that... Sounds bad... Reminds me of the times when I was younger (Round 6- and I'd NEVER get hurt, I always knew when it was time to duck, even if things where coming from behind... I didn't know what it was then of course. |

| Sometimes I think my guides get me up when I don't. I like to get up at nine every morning and sometimes I hear someone calling my name or the phone rings and no one is there or its my husband. Anything to get my attention. I look and its nine, time to get up! One time after thinking I heard a woman call my name I heard, "I think she really heard me that time!" and laughed. It was weird. But the alarm with the cops always works for me. I set my own radar a long time ago. Twice when driving down the road when I was a passenger I got this uneasy feeling and yelled, "Slow down, a cop might be there!" And they were. I think I get looked out for a lot, too. Like one time I was going 90 miles an hour b/c I had to meet someone for the first time in another city. They were waiting for me at a location off the highway and I ran into a traffic jam setting me back a few hours. Just when I was flying a car got in my way and I had to slow down to the speed limit and a cop was right there. You can thank your lucky stars when that happens. You only have a few get out of jail free passes so I never abuse it. Lacey |

Only 90? I think driving's where I put the brunt of my talents. There are about 3 people who will actually get in a car with me anymore. I think I'm just starting to live my life in general based more on what my intuition tells me than what logic tells me.
How many people would jump off a cliff if their intuition tells them to?
(for the record, I wouldn't, but it's getting to that point) |

| Yes, I listen to my intuition as much as I can. I sometimes break that rule when I really want something bad and don't want to listen to that little voice. I'm learning to be smarter about this when situations arise. If someone was chasing me and it was either they were gonna kill me or I kill myself by jumping off the cliff in that case I'd jump. But I can't think of any reason why intuition would tell me to do something like that anyways. |

| I've done #1 for a couple of years now. Do you think this is a form of psychic ability. I would love to learn more....from everyone. |

It's difficult to explain. There's different levels to psychic ability. I really started developing mine off of catching all the easily-missed details. Like "when this person stands this way, it means"... which grew into more and more minute details, until I started picking up people's thoughts, information I will know, but didn't yet, etc...
Everybody has the ability to use and sense these things, it's just a matter of how sensitive you are to what your senses are telling you.
Another good way to help yourself out is learning how you think, and learning where you get certain thoughts from, how your thought process works, so you can pick up on what thoughts aren't yours easier, and what your intuition vs your logic is telling you. |

Haha unconsciously I always used to do this to wake up at the right time. I wondered how but every morning I would always wake up at the same time. Or, the time I desired to wake up. Although sometimes, when I didnt want to go to school, I would specifically NOT wake up, making me late or absent for school...
Also, every evening I would always look at the clock at 8:07 PM, for example. |

So phoenix is there a certain book or something we all should read if we would like to know more.

Well if you read books on human psychology you can automatically tell if someone is lying by tone of voice, extreme defensiveness and body language.
Sensing danger more of a using your sense to gather info on your enviroment to sense for danger
Psychic alarm I use it every day otherwise i'd wake up at 9 |

I also find these useful...you can even accomplish more difficult things the more you progress on the easy ones...for example...using redant's syntax:
Level #? - Hidden Psychic Attack
Some types of mages, especially Chaos mages such as Phil Hine, hide certain types of bombs, bindings, and 'spyware' in their spells, under a layer of somthing you would consider good. For example, Uncle Hiney created one that seems to be 'inspiration' on the outside, but hides multiple layers of binding spells underneath it...
* Before go to sleep.
* Relax on your bed. Relax your Mind and Body.
* Breath slowly and deeply.
* Talk to your inner mind. "You will see past the deception of others, and protect me from those who wish me harm or muddle my spirit. You will show me a black sphere when I am under an indirect attack."
* Do the suggestion at least 25 times and sleep.
* Continue this practice for 15 day
Many high level mages like to try out their spells on random lower level mages they find on the internet...this can help protect you from them. Because they are attempting to hide their power underneath the spell, it is easier to raise your aura against them, activate your talisman, or take any protective measures you can when your inner mind shows you the black sphere... |

Maybe this is what I meant in the "Ahoy" introduction post. Guidance....
Ok, I have used these alarm and sheilds all my life, I never turn them on or off. It just is with me. This is wierd reading along...the more I discover the more I relate.
Ooooo liars really bug me, and I can feel them from across the room. Especially when it's my family.
Alarms, use them all the time. Sheilds, I can't turn the damn thing off.
Dreams of recog, had one of a severe accident I had last year. I had this dream 6 x's in 6 yrs before my accident. I almost lost my foot, it was hanging 1/2 off. I'm fairly ok now, walking anyway with sever nerve damage and crushed heel and ankle, anyways, I didn't listen to my alarm that day of the accident. An Argument insued, no one sober to drive me, I drove upset, and bam! Learned my lesson, didn't I? Listen to my alarms, just becuase I always hear them, I sometimes tune it out when another emtion is coloring myself.
I'll keep reading.... |

Ah, guidance from your subconcious...makes sense...and most people, especially magi, come equipped with some type of minor shield...but a lot of times it helps to make extra.
If there's one thing you can learn from this thread...always listen to your alarms, whatever form they may take...
lol, try it with dodgeball...you'll never get hit. Or my personal favorite, goalie in soccer...you'll be a legend in no time. Once, a group of my friends and I all set dodgeball alarms and tried to play...no one got hit for 3 hours before I finally had the bright idea of casting false alarms at people, watch them jump, then hit them where I knew they were going to land... |
