Hey there guys. I have a very annoying question that's basically applied directly to me. How do you break from the cycle of believing non of this will work for you? I mean I try to believe that it will work for me, but then I start believing that just believing that wont make it true...so it ends up being a circle of disbelief. How do you break disbelief if you don't believe you can?

It's a fallacy that you have to believe before something can work. Some things work whether you believe in them or not. I don’t believe until I test for myself, but I keep an open mind. Allow your belief to come after you test the idea. For example, there is a food that your friend tells you is delicious, but it doesn't look appetizing to you. You doubt very much that you will like it. Then you try it and you like it. Then you come to believe it is delicious too, for example, Dr. Seuss, Green Eggs and Ham. Try the same method with ideas. Test them out for a while. Give them chance, and see whether they work for you. As you test and find they work, your belief will grow, and you’ll be motivated to try other new ideas. Try thinking in shades of gray or percentages rather than absolutes.
