Hi,

Don't know if this quite the proper forum, but this is manifesting...so deal.

Anyhow has anyone had any fun experiences with time warping, either by stretching time, or compressing time?

I know personally I had stayed up really late, with a group of people, and we all had to be up and ready in about 4 hours, and I asked time to stretch on a factor of 3, so the next 4 hours would act like 12 hours.

Amazing thing is that when I got up 3 and 1/2 hours later I (And later remaked by the rest of the group) felt like I had a full nights sleep.

Compressing time I've only experienced driving with my own parents. My own mother is also a shaman. Where we had made a 6 hour car drive only take 2 hours. We weren't speeding, and traffic felt realtively normal. (and we had a deal that none of us would look at any clocks the entire trip)

Anyhow anyone else have any experiences to share with the fun of messing with time?

Ive done it and never had to deal with factors. Like during the school year i make the time go by faster. And attempt to make the summer slower.

Can't say I've done it over such a long period of time. Do you use some sort of construct to renew the manifestation? Or is the manifestation just really some ambiguous intent like "May this school year go really fast...so be it" Dakalas

ya like the ambiguous, may just all be within my head Razz but people have remarked how time went by fast and such

Heh, I know the feeling. Those are the times I'm just not quite sure if I'm deluding myself or not.

BTW what does "Novus Oplate Seclorum" mean anyhow?

Which would be?

Like Energy high or something?

I know energy highs kept me from ever turning to drugs in highschool.

Its more about the goverment making people ignorant and arrogant.

I've been able to double my sleeping time like you have Zygos, but I haven't tried to use it on anything else. If I ever get stuck at a boring event maybe i'll try speeding things up. I've never thought about using it for anything other then getting a good nights sleep. Thanks for opening my mind.

Since we're on the subject of time, does anyone know some good speeding up time spells? For once I need school to start... Then I can breeze through classes a bit faster...

Um, wouldn't a speeding time spell, be just another phrase for manifesting an increase of time? Seems to be similar.

Though to answer you question, I've only done it through verbal manifestation. I guess you could do some research, and use some components. (Maybe a feather or a piece of bark) burn them, or maybe wave them over smoke/incense while making the verbal incantation.

Maybe those people in the Magic section will be able to assist you.

It was probably because you used the word "spell" spell's generally are like a list of ingrediants and then an incantation. Manifestation on the other hand is a non componant way of creating stuff.

The difference between a ritual, and simply a prayer.

Thats probably why you were asked to move your question to the Magick forum, as Magick tends to be a Wicca idea, and spells are often used by the practiontioners of Wicca.

Didn't mean to offend anyone btw....:)
