Does anyone have experience with that?
It happened to me, 3 years ago when i was 22. I thought i lost my mind, i had a lot of physical problems. Then i realised that there must be something more and i started to read a lot. Now i can sense my energy, i can control it, but i still have problems with my chest and head. Does anyone know what would be the next step for me, to get rid of this and how long does it take, becouse it is hard to live this way.
