why is it that i can't manifest a single text/phone call from someone when I try to RI?

Practice.

RI isn't as easy as many people claim it is.. It takes alot of determination and practice..

And do not expect it to work in an instant.. This isn't a TV show.

Though there are people who can do it instantly...

Anyway keep practicing is all I can tell you
