I'm trying to find someone in the ohio area (Cincy) that can help me understand my abilities. 1st, I'd like to know how to turn them on and off. They give me really bad headaches sometimes and the people that are my "guides" won't stop commenting on everything. It can be very distracting. Believe me, this is only the tip of the iceberg. I've tried to handle this myself for years but, could use some advice on who might be able to help. I'm looking for someone who is sane and actually understands these abilities. Any advice would be appreciated. (I guess this is where I make the comment about not being a complete nutjob).
