I am working on developing, doing alot of meditation-type exercises. Can someone explain my experience to me please?
I had a pulling/thick feeling in my throat and a "fuzzy" feeling in my body right after I went to bed & then I had a vision/dream. I started to fight the feeling and then I just let it happen. I saw a lady floating above me at the ceiling and she talked to me, but I could not make out what she said. I asked her to say it again, but I still could not understand her. There was a lot of flashing lights too. This also happened last week, the same feeling in my throat and the lady. Who is she? I am just really starting to work with my abilities so this is a new feeling for me. Why is the throat involved with this?

Does it feel almost like your throat is closing? Ive had that feeling. The women may have been a guide of some sort.

It feels like there is pressure and pulling away from me then I relax and that is when the visions/dreams and the lady shows up. My throat does not hurt and I can breath fine. It is like a signal that I should relax and let go. Does that make sense?

Then im not too sure. Maybe on the verge of having a projection i guess. When you see this women just ask her to seperate you from your body or say ask your divine mother to do it.

I believe the spirit was trying to get you to use your mental abilities rather than your vocal in order to communicate with the guide. When my spirit guides speak to me, they appear in my dreams and I speak to them in my mind. It takes time but it works. What might also work is to light a white candle burn some frankincense and myrrh and speak outloud letting your guide know what you what to know.

Hi!
The pressure you feel in your throat is most probably because you are activating the throat chakra and it is starting to spin....
Traditionally the throat chakra gives you clareaudience abilities but it seems it is not yet working fully because you cannot understand what the lady is saying to you.

I agree, as long as your airway is not closing up on you & you are still having this feeling, it is most likely your throat chakra. It takes a bit of skill to do this for extended periods of time. You may wish to research the benefits of certain stones to help you.

Can you tell which stones will help and what do I do with them? Wear them, carry them around in my pockets?

Typical stones associated with the throat chakra are: aquamarine, chalcedony, celestine, chrysocolla, moonstone, opal, pearl, turquoise and blue topaz. Others may have some additional suggestions based on their work and research.
Blue stones are particularly suited for the throat chakra because of the vibrations of the stone that seem to calm and heal.
Remember that the throat chakra opens to the front as well as down. In terms of how to use them, it is not uncommon to lie in a meditative state with the stone lying directly against the skin-- allowing it to serve as a focal point of concentration during the meditation. It can also be worn in a necklace or mojo bag, although direct skin-to-stone contact is reported to be most effective.
